1. Membership

Before being able to participate in the eSurveyforCash Rewards Program, you must complete a registration form to become a member. All information will be stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Each member can only hold one account. We may suspend or terminate your account at any time without cause or reason, and without any prior notice. Some reasons for termination include, but are not limited to:

Violations of the Terms and Conditions

1. More than one account held by the same member

2. Lack of regular participation in online surveys

3. An invalid mobile number or email address

4. False/fraudulent responses or other fraudulent activity

5. Reporting eSurveyforCash emails as spam

6. Member accounts may be unsubscribed in the event of bounced email notifications and/or notifications of complaint emails. Complaints emails are often issued by email providers when emails are flagged as spam or junk.

7. eSurveyforCash reserves the right to send communications via email, mobile phone app and sms to its members.

8. Any other member activities that are harmful.

2. Security and Confidentiality of Your eSurveyforCash Account

You are responsible for ensuring the confidentiality of your eSurveyforCash account password, and for all activities that occur in relation to your password or account. It is your responsibility to alert eSurveyforCash to any unauthorized use of your password or account. eSurveyforCash will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this.

3. Use of Web Browser Cookies

The eSurveyforCash website uses Web Browser Cookies to enable a user to maintain a persistent login. The cookies are used solely for authentication purposes. By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions, you agree to allow the eSurveyforCash website to use cookies for the aforementioned purposes.

We assure you that neither cookie contains unencrypted personal information, nor do they allow for the collection of any unsolicited personal information that might subsequently be used to determine a user's eligibility for a survey, or to perform targeted market research.

4. Earning Points

Your account will be updated or credited each time you earn points by taking a survey. In most cases, your account will be credited upon survey completion, but may take up to 3 business days. Your points will be debited immediately each time you redeem the rewards.

In the event of occasional error, eSurveyforCash reserves the right to make adjustments to earned points of members accounts. Additional rewards may be added to accounts at the sole discretion of eSurveyforCash.

eSurveyforCash reserves the right to reward member for non completion or terminated surveys by points. The amount will be accessible from within the members portal.

Incentives not limited to points and rewards cannot be transferred between member accounts.

5. Expiration of Points

Points never expire as long as you continue to be an active member of eSurveyforCash and as long as the rewards program remains in effect.

However, if you unsubscribe from eSurveyforCash or if your membership is terminated all points will be forfeited. If you allow your membership to become inactive (that is, you don’t respond to any survey invitation for a period of time), we reserve the right to terminate your membership and close your account; in this case, all points will be forfeited as described previously.

6. Rewwards Redeption

You may use earned points to redeem rewards through your use of eSurveyforCash by requesting an electronic funds transfer to your personal PayPal account or electronic gift card.

7. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold eSurveyforCash, its employees, directors, officers, agents, and representatives from and against any and all third-party claims, demands, liabilities, costs or expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees and expenses, arising from, or related to, any breach by you of any of these Terms and Conditions or applicable law.

8. Jurisdiction

The Service is operated by eSurveyforCash from its site in Singapore.

You and eSurveyforCash both benefit from establishing a predictable legal environment in regard to the Service. Therefore, you and eSurveyforCash explicitly agree that all disputes, claims or other matters arising from or relating to your use of the Service will be governed by the laws of Singapore and the national laws of Singapore applicable therein. You consent to the jurisdiction of these laws and to the courts of Singapore.

The Terms and Conditions was effective and last updated 15th FEB 2022. eSurveyforCash has the right to change these Term and Conditions at any time and will post updates on this website.
